Fitness & health has always been a passion of Kendal's since she was young. Growing up playing competitive soccer, volleyball, dance, and many other sports has paved an amazing path for her current fitness journey and goals. Kendal enjoys sharing her knowledge with clients and continuing to grow as a certified personal trainer and nutritionist! She is very passionate about working with her clients to reach their goals and transform both physically and mentally. Kendal's main focus is teaching proper form and mechanics in order to train safely, as well as educating clients on exercises that work best for them, all while still getting a great workout in!

Jared has been an educator within the fitness industry for many years. He is a result-oriented trainer, with a passion for getting his clients to where they want to be both physically and mentally. He is a trainer that leads by example with his own training and nutrition programs. Working with a wide array of clientele has allowed Jared to perfect the skills required to personalize and modify individual programming to fit their specific goals.

Growing up Ainsley always kept active from farm life, sports and dance. Ainsley got away from the active lifestyle, but desperately missed it. Through that she reignited her passion in her own wellness journey which went hand in hand with fitness. Ainsley is a local RMT in town, she has a passion for helping others feel their best and refuelling goals. Ainsley’s approach to fitness is form and injury prevention, and teaching skills such as learning when your muscles are activating correctly!

Alycia’s passion for fitness and wellness started at a young age. She played many sports growing up including soccer and rugby. Being the captain of her rugby team in highschool, and leading her team through practices and warm ups, helped her realize she wanted to become a Personal Trainer. She then obtained a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Georgian College in 2014. While in school, she volunteered at an athletic performance gym, where she gained experience with training NHL and Olympic athletes. Alycia’s main goal with her clients is to make them love fitness as much as she does, while educating on form and the purpose of each exercise. Alycia will be running some bootcamps and personal training sessions!

Sam's first love of fitness was when she was just a young child and it has stayed with her throughout many years. She was always active in sports such as baseball, wrestling, rugby, and even dodgeball. She loved spending time at the different gyms, trying everything out or creating her own workouts. However, after having her child everything changed for her and she saw how important fitness was for not only her physical health, but mental and emotional too. She knew her fitness journey became more about being the best version of herself and being a strong role model for her daughter. Sam's love is functional fitness, with her own personal goal of still being able to complete a burpee at 80 years old. Sam has many years of experience in the gym, knowing what it feels like to "start over" and has much knowledge to share with her clients. Her goal as a trainer is to help everyone, may they be new or finding their way back, to help reach their fitness goals but also walk out of the gym having more confidence and love for themselves.

Ashley began her fitness journey in high school when she joined a gym to stay active after quitting competitive dance. At first, the gym was a way for Ashley to maintain good physical and mental health, but it soon became much more than that. In university, Ashley discovered that her true passion was lifting weights, getting stronger, and sharing that passion with others. She acquired a personal training certification in September 2022 and later competed in her first powerlifting meet in May 2023. Ashley’s approach to training is one that recognizes every individual’s unique circumstances, while implementing safe, effective, and enjoyable strategies for achieving a given health or fitness goal.
